• Obtaining the NIE number (foreigner's identification number)

• Post Box: - digital certificate.
You want to have an organised life in our country and know at all times the correspondence you have received from public bodies, Town Halls, Balearic Governments, National Government, Social Security, or even private entities. • Energy certificate:
Currently, the energy certificate of a property is compulsory in Spain, so it is an indispensable requirement of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism for anyone who wants to sell or rent a property. Without this certificate, you cannot go on the real estate market. As it is a measure that came into force in June 2013, there are owners who still do not have it.
