Formalities after the signing of the notarial deed of sale

  • Change of ownership of supplies and meters (electricity, water, gas, etc.).
  • Direct debiting of bills for expenses and/or taxes inherent to the property purchased (community expenses, IBI, incinerator tax, etc.).
